Deluxe Materials BD69 - Milled Fibre Glass Fibres 50g
Milled fibres are simply stirred into epoxy and polyester resins to thicken and improve their toughness, flexural strength, crack resistance and dimensional stability.
They can also be used with thin cyanoacrylate by simply adding a couple of drops of thin penetrating ca (e.g. Roket Hot) to the Milled Fibre which will produce an extremely adhesive, hard & tough material.
This 2-part, fast- curing, epoxy putty will not shrink or crack and is pre-measured and packed for accurate mixing of the two parts. It sets in 10-15 minutes to a tough, lightweight plastic and unlike many other putties it is easy to sand, carve & paint once set.
