A builders kit of a high-performance 380-class 3D helicopter with 120° CCPM swashplate and flybarless main rotor for 325380 mm blades for 28xx32xx brushless motor and 6S LiPo. Contents: a complete set of the mechanic/airframe parts, tail rotor blades and manual; not included: brushless motor, electronic equipment, main rotor blades.
The Protos 380STD V2 is a high-performance 380-class electric-powered RC helicopter that can adopt a wide range of brushless motors and electronics; therefore - either straight out of the box or with optional parts added - it will meet the requirements of a beginner pilot as well as a seasoned 3D pilot and it is ready to work with their favourite and well-tested equipment. Many design concepts from the Protos 700 Maxx V2 have been downsized and included in the Protos 380, such as the Gorilla undercarriage, external belt tensioner, double belt style transmission or magnetic canopy mounting system. Other updates: new frames provide different servo geometry and weight bias towards the front of the heli for improved CG; large ESC compartment, the latest rigid tail blades are included providing better tail performance and control authority under demanding 3D flight.

ESC suitable for sport flying: 5070A heli brushless ESC, like Hobbywing Platinum PRO 60A V4 or similar.
ESC suitable for 3D and extreme 3D flying: 8090A heli brushless ESC, like Hobbywing Platinum 80A V4 or similar.
